We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our growing Refurbishment team in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality refurbishment works while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, particularly within occupied homes.
- Manage refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector, planning and coordinating works from start to finish.
- Identify key information to develop effective programmes, including methods, phasing and timelines, while ensuring delivery remains on track.
- Take ownership of site operations, maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress and ensuring the right labour, materials and resources are in place to meet contractual requirements.
- Work closely with residents, colleagues and the supply chain, playing a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to health, safety and environmental standards, effectively managing subcontractors and ensuring all processes and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Experienced Site Manager with a strong track record in planned maintenance and refurbishment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, strong focus on customer service, and confidence in using IT systems.
- Confident and self‑motivated, with a passion for delivering work to the highest standards.
- Proactive approach to health, safety and environmental standards, effectively managing subcontractors and ensuring all processes and compliance requirements are met.
