Building on our success and growth as an established independent law firm, we currently have 2 full time vacancies in our Hounslow branch for Family solicitors with 4+ years PQE to join our busy family team.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- You must possess the requisite skill and knowledge to deal with all aspects of both public and private family law, including but not limited to children and care proceedings involving the local authority, private family, divorce, child arrangement orders, financial remedy proceedings, non-molestation injunction orders, general family law, and advocacy.
- You must possess sound knowledge of legal aid funding as well as be able to navigate the CCMS system.
- You must have demonstrable experience of undertaking publicly funded work.
- Newly qualified solicitors may be considered, subject to pre-qualification experience.
- You must have a consistent billing history.
- Having a transferable client portfolio is advantageous but not essential.
