We are currently looking to recruit a Social Value Coordinator to join Lovell's South Wales & West region, to work from our Cardiff office.
As our Social Value Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping maximise the social value investment as part of the Cardiff and Vale Partnership Programme social value strategy.
Reporting and Core Responsibilities- Report to the Social Value Manager and assist the social value team.
- Work with a wide range of delivery partners to ensure community benefits and broader social value commitments are developed.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and the surrounding community, providing effective liaison between the community and the project team.
- Collect and report social value activity information to the Project Team and partners on a monthly basis.
- Previous experience within a similar social value role and working knowledge of social value monitoring frameworks.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation and management skills with excellent organisational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence stakeholders, and work confidently with a diverse range of people.
