Overview
At Lounge you\βll be joining a team of real people who love real cooking β fresh, customer led, and with high-quality ingredients. As Kitchen Porter, you\βll be making sure all kitchen cleaning and food preparation standards are top notch, supporting our team of talented chefs to make sure every customer leaves happy. It\βs pretty simple. Without you, the kitchen just doesn\βt operate properly. You\βll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a clean and well organised kitchen, and jump in when needed to help the rest of the team deliver freshly cooked food on-spec, on-time, every time.

Qualifications
- A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
- Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales.
- Strong knowledge of best practice on all things allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety.
