The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring daily prep and that each dish is made to specification.

What you’ll bring:

  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
  • You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
