General Manager - New Opening

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

What you\’ll bring

• You are likely an existing General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager with experience in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
• You will have experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
• You will be familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour, stock, food safety, customer sentiment, and other factors aligned with brand standards and budgets.
• You will have successfully delivered training and recruitment for front-of-house teams, including servers and Assistant Managers.
• Ideally, some back-of-house experience; understanding what makes kitchen teams click would be advantageous.
