The Loughborough Building Society is an exciting place to work and we’re looking for an individual with high levels of motivation, excellent organisational skills and a “can-do” attitude to join our Savings Team located at the head office in Loughborough.
About the Role:
- To provide excellent customer service to members calling us to discuss their savings needs, including when we need to put things right.
- To process customer savings requests for new accounts and amendments to existing accounts.
- To be efficient in delivering accurate administration of customer information and payments.
- Be involved in wider savings team activities to ensure our regulatory reporting and customer mailings are correct.
- Being open to learn new things and be part of a team who looks for ways we can be even better.
