For over 150 years Loughborough Building Society has been helping people buy their homes and save for their future and is proud to have remained an independent, mutual provider of mortgages and savings.
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join our Branches and Savings Team. The successful candidate should be flexible to work in our Branch Locations, based in Derby, Long Eaton, Loughborough and Anstey, and be prepared to work also within our Head Office based in Loughborough Town Centre. This is to support customer demand; training will be provided.
To carry out customer account related administration, providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service to all internal and external customers whilst working compliantly with Society policies and procedures. To be successful in this position, you will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. Furthermore, you will have strong communication skills and confidence with IT systems and technology.
