The Data and Insight Co-ordinator will enable Lord's Taverners to make confident, evidence-led decisions by transforming programme and organisational data into meaningful insight; developing accessible reporting and dashboards; and work across teams and delivery partners to improve data quality, demonstrate impact and support continuous improvement, sustainable growth and strategic priorities., The first stage will take place online and will last 45 minutes in total.
The session will include
- 20-minute (max) task/activity
- 25-minute debrief and questions with the hiring managers
Second Stage (In Person) Shortlisted candidates who progress to second stage will be invited to a 60-minute in person interview, comprising:
- 45 minutes of competency-based questions
- 15 minutes for further conversation about the role
Interview questions will be shared with shortlisted candidates in advance to support preparation.

- Understanding of data governance practices and policies.
