HEAD CHEF WANTED Lomond Lounge Sports Bar – Dumbarton
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to join our team at Lomond Lounge Sports Bar. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to put their own stamp on the kitchen. You’ll be involved in creating and developing a brand-new menu, bringing fresh ideas and helping us build a strong food offering for the venue.
- Previous chef experience, ideally in a busy pub or restaurant kitchen
- The confidence to help create, develop and cost a new menu
- Experience leading and organising a kitchen team
- High standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Strong stock control and waste management skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for food
Wage negotiable depending on experience
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the kitchen, help shape the new menu and build the food side of the business with us.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
