This role is focused on acting as the senior sustainability and net zero interface between the FM organisation and the client's EMEA leadership, engaging at executive level.

A trusted senior advisor who can bridge client sustainability strategy with ISS operational delivery. This role ensures that net zero commitments are credible, deliverable through FM services and capital programmes, and transparently reported to meet regulatory, audit and governance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the senior sustainability and net zero interface between the FM organisation and the client's EMEA leadership.
  • Positioning the FM organisation as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities to deliver sustainability, energy and carbon initiatives.
  • Influencing senior client stakeholders to embed net zero delivery into operational decision making, capital planning and service strategies.

What is expected:

  • Demonstrable experience leading decarbonisation and Net Zero programmes across a large, complex corporate estate.
  • Strong carbon management and reporting capability, including experience with SDR and TCFD‑aligned frameworks.
  • Proven senior stakeholder and client‑facing skills, with confidence engaging and influencing at SLT level.

Requirements: Driving licence.
