We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join us at The Londoner to work alongside our very talented Pastry Team.
Overview:
- An Amazing opportunity to join The Londoner as a Pastry Chef de Partie.
- As a Pastry Chef De Partie you will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the Signature The Londoner Concept.
- Direct the junior brigade to ensure a high level of food is always executed in the restaurant.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.
About You:
- Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
