We are currently recruiting an In-Room Dining Manager for The Londoner, our super-boutique 5-Star hotel.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner as an In-room Dining Manager. As the In Room Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the In-room dining operation at The Londoner. The In Room Dining Manager is responsible for directing the team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implement and develop strategies to improve where necessary.

About You:
  • Current in-depth knowledge of food and beverage and In-room dining within a high-end 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach.
  • Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing historical data, forecasts and revenues.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
