We are currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess for our standout restaurant, Whitcomb's at The Londoner. This high-end restaurant is a very popular venue and is key to the Londoner experience.
Overview:- An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner as a Host or Hostess in Whitcomb's at The Londoner.
- As a Host/Hostess you will be responsible for allocating tables for guests for the lunch or dinner service that day.
- You will welcome guests to the restaurants, seat them at their table, explain the concept of the restaurant and introduce them to their waiter/ess.
- As a Host/Hostess you are responsible for the smooth running of the guest service and arrival experience within the restaurant.
- You will be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros and be able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.
- Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation as a host or hostess is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
