We are currently recruiting for a Night Concierge to join our Concierge Team at The Londoner our 5 Star Luxury Hotel. Please note a Drivers License is essential for this role.
Overview:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally during overnight hours.
- Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and valet requests.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations regarding restaurants, attractions, theatres, and transportation.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest enquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with Night Reception, Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Arrange taxis, airport transfers, and special guest requests.
- Monitor lobby and public areas, ensuring they remain presentable and secure at all times.
- Support VIP arrivals and departures, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively during shift handovers.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or Luxury Hospitality role.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of London and its key attractions.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive under pressure.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
