The role of Assistant Back of House Manager for The Londoner is an important position within our large food and beverage operation. The Assistant Back of House Manager will assist the Back of House Manager in the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Back of House Manager in the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.
- Collate all cutlery and crockery stock takes and highlight any breakages or concerns.
- Support with training and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
- Identify training needs and requirements in F&B back of house, alongside the Back of House Manager.
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries.
- Compile health and safety audits in Excel.
- Demonstrate current Back of House supervisory or management experience within a large multi-food and beverage operation.
- Proactively prioritize needs, set priorities, and effectively manage time.
- Display a working knowledge of the hotel to assist internal and external clients.
- Stay up to date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
- Hold health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level 2.
Qualifications
- Current Back of House supervisory or management experience within a large multi-food and beverage operation.
- Proactive prioritisation and time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of hotel operations to assist both internal and external clients.
- Up-to-date health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
- Health and safety qualifications at minimum CIEH Level Two.
