A perfectly engineered collection of spaces, tastes, textures, and offerings over 15 floors. Situated in the heart of Leicester Square, where the four corners of the city meet. We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress to join our fine dining Whitcomb's restaurant, which is located within our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner.
Overview- Provide warm, polished service throughout lunch and dinner, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Offer confident guidance on dishes, ingredients, and wine pairings, reflecting Whitcomb’s Mediterranean style.
- Serve dishes and drinks with precision, timing, and impeccable presentation.
- Support setup, table preparation, and maintaining a pristine dining environment.
- Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold The Londoner's luxury service values in every interaction.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel service, ideally within luxury or high-end dining.
- A warm, engaging personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
