We are currently recruiting for a Senior Group Sales Manager to join the team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Super Boutique Hotel. In this senior role, you will lead proactive and reactive sales efforts, manage high-value accounts, and collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver flawless, memorable experiences for every client.
Overview- Lead the end-to-end sales process for corporate events, social functions, and luxury group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to maximise repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across events and group segments.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify new business opportunities and represent The Londoner at client showcases.
- Work closely with Events Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and Front Office to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Uphold Edwardian Hotels London standards in every interaction, ensuring The Londoner remains a leader in luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience in group sales within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Confident, polished communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-value enquiries simultaneously.
