A perfectly engineered collection of spaces, tastes, textures, and offerings over 15 floors. Situated in the heart of Leicester Square, where the four corners of the city meet. We are currently recruiting for a Reception Supervisor for our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel as a Reception Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting guests, including check-in and check-out procedures and dealing with guest enquiries.
  • Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards of exceeding guest expectations.
About You
  • Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
  • Previous experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
