OverviewAn amazing opportunity to join our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel as a Reception Supervisor.
Responsibilities- Meeting and greeting guests, including check-in and check-out procedures and dealing with guest enquiries.
- Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards of exceeding guest expectations.
- Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Previous experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
