We are currently recruiting for Meetings and Events Waiter/ess to join The Londoner and its standout Meetings and Events operations team. Please note that this role is currently available on a zero hours basis.
Overview
- Provide polished, attentive service during meetings, conferences, and banqueting events.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a warm, professional presence.
- Assist with setting up event spaces, ensuring layouts, equipment, and amenities meet exact specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to 5‑star standards, maintaining accuracy, timing, and presentation.
- Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Culinary teams to deliver seamless events.
- Uphold service standards for The Londoner in every interaction.
About You
- Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within meetings, events, or banqueting.
- A polished, professional manner with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, guest‑focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.
