We are currently recruiting for an Events and Groups Sales Executive for our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.
Overview:- An amazing opportunity has arisen to join The Londoner Sales team. As Groups & Events Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work within a very dynamic team and outstanding product offering.
- As Groups & Events Sales Executive for The Londoner, you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of event spaces and other ancillary revenue to customers via the telephone, e-mail, and face to face.
- Responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to identify guest needs, writing accurate proposals which provide the optimal experience for our client’s events while maximizing revenue potential.
- Be the Clients advocate ensuring all our clients’ needs from the initial booking to follow-up service requests prior to, during and after their event are delivered and expectations exceeded.
- Current Meetings and Events Sales experience within a 4- or 5-Star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Natural tele sales ability including closing skills, tone of voice.
- Ability to effectively listen and position Edwardian Hotels London to meet client needs.
- Be able to generate revenue opportunities including up selling and proactive selling.
- Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems including Opera and Delphi.

- 28 days Holiday per annum including Bank Holidays.
