We are currently recruiting for a Senior Group Sales Manager to join the team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Super Boutique Hotel. In this senior role, you will lead proactive and reactive sales efforts, manage high-value accounts, and collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver flawless, memorable experiences for every client.

Overview:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for corporate events, social functions, and luxury group bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to maximise repeat business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across events and group segments.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and represent The Londoner at client showcases.
  • Work closely with Events Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and Front Office to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Uphold Edwardian Hotels London standards in every interaction, ensuring The Londoner remains a leader in luxury hospitality.
About You:
  • Proven experience in group sales within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, polished communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-value enquiries simultaneously.
  • A passion for luxury service and delivering unforgettable client experience.
