We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at The Londoner Hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Support the senior chefs in delivering a high level of cuisine working alongside our highly skilled chefs.
  • Lead a section within the kitchen ensuring that food is produced to an exceptional standard and as per company standards.
  • Direct and coach the junior brigade team members, ensuring they also achieve the food standards and quality required during service and preparation.

  • Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast paced environment.
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Understand the importance of teamwork and be able to work well with others.
