We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to join our Front of House Team at our 5‑Star super‑boutique The Londoner Hotel. You will be the face of the hotel’s arrival experience, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, warm, and personalised welcome. Working closely with the Front of House Manager, you will drive service excellence, team performance and operational efficiency.

Overview:
  • Manage daily reception operations, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest interactions.
  • Deliver and uphold 5‑star service standards, handling VIPs, special requests and complex situations with confidence and charm.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate receptionists and supervisors to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, room allocations and system processes.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations and Reservations to ensure a flawless guest journey.
  • Manage guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and effective solutions.
  • Ensure all reception operations meet Edwardian Hotels London standards and legal requirements.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Reception Manager, Assistant Reception Manager, or senior Front Office Supervisor in a 5‑star hotel.
  • A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Confident in managing fast‑paced operations while maintaining calm, polished professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS systems, billing procedures and guest service protocols.
  • A warm, engaging personality with a genuine commitment to exceptional guest care.
