We are currently recruiting for a Senior Group Sales Manager to join the team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Super Boutique Hotel.
In this senior role, you will lead proactive and reactive sales efforts, manage high‑value accounts, and collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver flawless, memorable experiences for every client.
- Overview
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales process for corporate events, social functions, and luxury group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to maximise repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across events and group segments.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify new business opportunities and represent The Londoner at client showcases.
- Work closely with Events Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and Front Office to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Uphold Edwardian Hotels London standards in every interaction, ensuring The Londoner remains a leader in luxury hospitality.
About You
Proven experience in group sales within a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Confident, polished communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple high‑value enquiries simultaneously.
- A passion for luxury service and delivering unforgettable client experience.
