We are currently recruiting for a Senior Safety and Security Supervisor to join the Security team at The Londoner Hotel.
- Overview
- Supervise and support the Safety & Security team during daily operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, contractors, and visitors at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and surrounding areas.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and security alarms.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
- Assist with investigations relating to accidents, incidents, thefts, or breaches of security.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to Security Officers.
- Act as a key point of contact for hotel management during security-related matters.
- Liaise effectively with emergency services and external agencies when required.
- Promote a culture of safety, vigilance, and exceptional customer service throughout the hotel.
About You
- Previous experience in a Security Supervisor, Senior Security Officer, or similar leadership role.
- Experience working within luxury hospitality, hotels, or customer-focused environments.
- A current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and security procedures.
- Experience managing incidents and emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong report-writing and administrative skills.
- A professional appearance and a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
