Overview
We are expanding our brigade and currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team.
Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie you will support the senior chefs in delivering a high level of cuisine working alongside our highly skilled chefs. Your role will involve leading a section within the kitchen ensuring that food is produced to an exceptional standard and as per company standards. As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to direct and coach the junior brigade team members, ensuring they also achieve the food standards and quality required during service and preparation.
About You
Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast paced environment. Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results. You will understand the importance of teamwork and be able to work well with others.
