As we move toward public opening, we are seeking an exceptional Director, Visitor Operations & Ticketing to lead the design, mobilisation, and delivery of all visitor-facing operations and ticketing across the attraction. - Owning ticketing, admissions, and visitor revenue performance from launch onward
- Defining and implementing visitor journeys, operating models, staffing plans, and procedures ahead of opening
- Oversight of day-to-day visitor flow, capacity, queuing, and admissions once live
- Selecting, implementing, and commissioning scalable ticketing and access-control systems
- Developing pricing, yield, and demand strategies aligned to launch and growth phases
- Leading readiness planning including rehearsals, soft openings, scenario testing, and operational sign-off

- Senior operational leadership experience in high-volume, ticketed environments
- Proven experience taking a complex operation from pre-opening through successful launch
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, pricing, yield, and capacity management
- A commercial mindset combined with hands-on operational execution
- Experience in visitor attractions, transport, live events, major venues, or comparable large-scale operations
- The ability to operate comfortably in an evolving, build-to-launch environment
