The London Tenant is an established property management agency based in Canary Wharf, currently managing over 100 properties across London. Our team specialises in providing high-quality accommodation and seamless service to tenants, and we are now expanding our sales team.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The role will focus on selling rooms and securing bookings with prospective tenants, while ensuring a smooth process from enquiry through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling rooms to prospective tenants and securing bookings.
  • Conducting negotiations and closing sales.
  • Making outbound sales calls and handling incoming enquiries.
  • Creating marketing materials and advertising rooms on relevant platforms.
  • Managing the full sales journey from initial contact to successful move-in.
  • Working closely with the check-in team, cleaners, and contractors to ensure properties are ready.
  • Managing sales activity through CRMs such as Arthur, Fixflo, Kommo.
