The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The role will focus on selling rooms and securing bookings with prospective tenants, while ensuring a smooth process from enquiry through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling rooms to prospective tenants and securing bookings.
- Conducting negotiations and closing sales.
- Making outbound sales calls and handling incoming enquiries.
- Creating marketing materials and advertising rooms on relevant platforms.
- Managing the full sales journey from initial contact to successful move-in.
- Working closely with the check-in team, cleaners, and contractors to ensure properties are ready.
- Managing sales activity through CRMs such as Arthur, Fixflo, Kommo.
