Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day property management operations, coordinating maintenance and building works, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. You will also play a key role in managing our Airbnb portfolio, including bookings and guest communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties across London.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works with builders and contractors.
  • Schedule and oversee property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained.
  • Handle tenant queries, issues, and complaints efficiently.
  • Manage Airbnb listings, bookings, and guest communication.
