Undergraduate Programme Administrator
Salary from £36,513 to £41,565 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £44,468 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a Secondment cover, fixed term until 30 June 2027.

The Undergraduate Programme Administrator will, working with the Programme Team, continue to deliver first class support for the programme whilst expanding and enhancing the offer. The role includes managing all non‑academic aspects from recruitment through to graduation. There is a big emphasis on student support, smooth administration, assessment process and teamwork.
Candidates Should Have
- An advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, together with the ability to use specialist IT systems effectively
( Applicants must provide clear, relevant examples in their application demonstrating how they have applied these skills in a professional setting. Note: Candidates shortlisted for interview will be required to undertake an assessment to demonstrate their proficiency in these areas prior to interview.)
- A proven track record of consistently delivering key tasks to a high and accurate standard and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of students and colleagues.
- Consistently shows excellent attention to detail, with a strong level of accuracy and sound numerical ability.
