The Digital Skills Lab equips LSE students with practical digital skills, working alongside academic departments, LSE Careers, and LSE LIFE to create digitally confident social scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training that supports students' academic and career development, with a focus on generative AI.
- Evaluate and support effective use of generative AI and other emerging technologies in learning and professional practice.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to embed new technologies into teaching and learning.
- Keep training content accurate and current as the technology landscape evolves.
- Manage training events end to end, with support from colleagues.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing and delivering digital skills training, including with generative AI tools.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis tool (Excel, Power BI, Python, or R) is required.
- A track record of evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into practice.
