The post holder will join our small friendly Professional Services team responsible for supporting the taught and research programmes within the Department.
ResponsibilitiesThe role has a strong focus on coordinating and delivering high‑quality administrative support for our taught programmes, with a clear emphasis on ensuring their smooth operation and fostering a positive and supportive environment for students and academic staff.
Qualifications- Experience of working in higher education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to liaise professionally with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and consistently meet agreed deadlines
- Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
