Overview
As Institute Manager you will oversee the Marshall Institute’s operations, ensuring sound finances, HR, and facilities while supporting the Institute Director and senior leadership.
You will lead the administrative team and coordinate cross-functional activities with 100x Impact, teaching programmes, events, and communications.
The role focuses on strategic development, governance, and efficient delivery of institute activities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee institute operations including finances, HR, and facilities
- Lead and manage the administrative team of six staff
- Support development and strategic direction of the Institute
- Coordinate teaching programmes, events, and communications/marketing
- Work closely with the Institute Director and senior academics/stakeholders
- Ensure effective governance and reporting on budgets and financial activity
- Collaborate within the integrated environment of the Institute and 100x Impact
