Overview
In this role you will support the delivery of the Executive MSc programmes within the Department of Health Policy.
You will manage programme administration, student recruitment, admissions support, communications, and recruitment events, acting as the first point of contact for students, staff and partners.
You will collaborate across the department to support planning, marketing, events, assessments, and records management.
Your work should continuously enhance the student journey from enquiry to alumni engagement.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate administration of Executive MSc programmes and related operations
- Manage student recruitment processes including enquiries, admissions support, applicant communications and recruitment events
- Serve as first point of contact for students, staff and external partners to ensure excellent customer experience
- Collaborate across the department on programme planning, marketing activities, and event organisation
- Support assessment and examination processes and maintain accurate student and programme records
- Enhance the student journey from enquiry through graduation and alumni engagement
