The LSE Law School is one of LSE’s largest academic departments and is consistently ranked among the best Law Schools in the world. It is an inclusive and rewarding place to work. This role is part of the assessment team supporting delivery for undergraduate (LLB) and postgraduate (LLM) programmes, including exam paper production, supporting delivery of over 150 exams with the central exams team, efficient running of undergraduate and postgraduate sub-boards, and advising students on extensions, exceptional circumstances and deferrals. The post holder will work closely with two Assessment and Regulation Officers and the undergraduate and postgraduate Programme Managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of service.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Provide excellent administrative support.
- Maintain a careful and methodical approach.
- Support exam processes and logs.
- Coordinate with staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of providing a high level of service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience of working in an academic or similar environment in an administrative capacity is an advantage.
