This is a fixed term appointment for 1 year as a full-time role. LSE Consulting belongs to the commercial arm of the London School of Economics and Political Science. LSE Consulting, which sits under the Research and Innovation Division of LSE, provides exceptional support to consulting project activity and ensures the quality of competitive proposals against project specifications, working closely with academics, departments, and research centres across the School.

The Data and Admin Officer will play an important role in supporting the effective management of consulting activity by maintaining accurate data, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring consistency in reporting and documentation across projects. You will work closely with the Business Development and Project Implementation teams to identify and track opportunities and live projects, support proposal development processes, manage internal systems and data records, and help ensure the smooth running of projects and the consulting operation.

Applicants Should Have:

  • Experience of providing administrative support in a professional services environment.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records, databases or CRM systems.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Evidence of attention to detail and accuracy.
