We are seeking to recruit a Careers Education Manager (CEM) to oversee activities aimed at developing career management and professional skills among LSE students and alumni.
Responsibilities- Support the Head of Careers Education in the design and planning of careers education within academic departments and as part of the centrally delivered core offer, including one-on-one appointments, events and workshops.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Students’ Union, SLPD, and PAGE to enhance professional development initiatives.
- Lead, in collaboration, a team of careers consultants, managing their workload, performance, and professional development.
- Previous experience of working in a role involving careers education within higher education or a similar environment.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and support team members.
- Experience of proactively developing services or processes to improve the design and delivery of activities.
