LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university. You will be working as part of a small friendly team which is responsible for room bookings (internal and external), including hiring space on a commercial basis to commercial customers, within LSE’s award-winning Estates Division.
You will be supporting internal room bookers across the University, from Academic Departments to Student Union Societies, in finding the right space for their events, efficiently and accurately processing their room bookings. You will also be working with external organisations hiring space at LSE, building excellent working relationships from taking initial enquiry through to successful delivery of their event.
You will also provide helpful and relevant guidance and up to date information to all room bookers and event organisers to facilitate the smooth running of a wide variety of activities on a vibrant central London campus.
Candidates Should Have:
- Positive and proactive approach to improving customer service including student experience by responding to feedback
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
- Solid office administrative skills, including confidence in working with figures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
