Organization Overview
100x Impact is a global initiative based at the LSE Marshall Institute that supports and scales social innovations capable of improving millions of lives. In its next strategic phase (2025–2030), 100x is evolving into a global platform for insight, influence, and evidence on what drives social innovations to scale. Communications will play a central role in this transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of 100x’s communications strategy, shaping how the organisation tells its story to the world.
- Strengthen 100x’s visibility, credibility, and influence among priority stakeholders including funders, policymakers, academic partners, and the wider social innovation ecosystem.
- Oversee the organisation’s channels, brand, content, media presence, and strategic campaigns, ensuring clear, coherent, and ambitious communication.
- Act as a senior editorial authority, shaping, sequencing, and approving high‑profile narratives, insight outputs, or thought‑leadership materials.
- Strategically direct communications channels rather than solely delivering content.
Qualifications
- Significant senior‑level experience leading communications in a complex organisation, platform, or networked environment.
- Responsibility for strategy, positioning, and institutional narrative.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering communications strategies that support influence, credibility, and engagement with senior stakeholders.
