The London EDITION is looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Reservations Manager to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As Reservations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Working with the Director of Revenue Management and Director of Sales & Marketing to develop strategic action plans for the management of both transient and group revenue
- Evaluating requirements of the Reservations Department and prepare work schedules, adhering to budget goals and market demand
- Fostering relationships and a positive culture to build an effective team that is committed to organizational goals and initiatives
- Managing inventory across the hotel and ensuring maximization of revenue opportunities
- Celebrating successes and publicly recognizing the contributions of team members
