About Us

- Creating technical drawings for build
- Preparing mood boards and tender visuals
- Collaborating daily with sales and project management teams
- Supporting feasibility discussions, budgets, and production methods
- Occasionally attending installations or client meetings
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in exhibition or spatial design
- Strong portfolio of 3D brand environments or exhibition stands
- Confident producing technical drawings for construction
- Good understanding of materials and fabrication processes
- Experience collaborating with production and project teams
- Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines
Software
- Essential: Vectorworks - Mid level
- Adobe Photoshop - Mid level
- Adobe Illustrator - Entry/Mid level
- Adobe Indesign - Entry/Mid level
- Desirable: Cinema 4D - Entry/mid level
- Other 3D modelling software (we’re open to alternatives if you’re highly proficient)
What We’re Looking For
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware (budgets, feasibility, deadlines)
- Proactive and collaborative
- Comfortable presenting ideas internally
- Willing to occasionally travel or support installs when required
This role is suited specifically to designers with exhibition or spatial design backgrounds.
What You’ll Get:
- Hybrid working (London Bridge office + home working)
- 24 days annual leave
- Private health insurance
- Discretionary annual bonus subject to company and individual performance
- Opportunity to work with global brands
- Clear progression opportunities within a growing company
- Vibrant office location near London Bridge, The Shard & Borough Market
If you’re an ambitious exhibition designer looking to take more ownership of projects and grow within a dynamic design & build team, we’d love to hear from you.
