We’re now hiring an Administrator / Memorials Advisor at our St Marylebone site - offering a rare combination of structured, purposeful work and flexibility for the right person.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring every service runs smoothly - supporting families, managing administration, and helping create meaningful memorials. This is a front-facing, highly trusted position, where attention to detail and empathy go hand in hand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a first point of contact for families, visitors and professional partners
  • Prepare and manage cremation documentation with precision and care
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure full compliance
  • Co-ordinate the daily cremation diary and appointments
  • Support families with memorial enquiries and arrangements
  • Organise and conduct memorial meetings
  • Liaise with Funeral Directors, officiants and suppliers
  • Handle queries and resolve concerns calmly and professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Monitor memorial renewals and communicate with families

You may also support chapel services and interments - ensuring each service is delivered with dignity and respect.
