You will care for patients recovering from a range of planned and complex procedures on a busy surgical ward, working alongside consultants and a multidisciplinary team.
As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you’ll manage your own clinical workload, mentor junior staff, and participate in service improvements while ensuring evidence-based practice and high standards of patient care.
