This is an exceptional opportunity to join the largest independent charitable hospital in the UK, supporting up to 3 senior Executives at the heart of our organisation. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner who enables our leaders to perform at their best. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role where no two days are the same. You'll be expertly managing competing priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and acting as a confident ambassador for both the Executives you support and the organisation.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing proactive, high-level support to up to three senior Executives, helping them manage competing priorities and maximising their time.
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Acting as a confident first point of contact, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, Trustees, clinicians and external partners.
- Preparing high-quality agendas, Board papers, presentations and correspondence.
- Co-ordinating Executive meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
- Managing travel, expenses and wider Executive Office administration.
- Taking ownership of issues and escalations, ensuring they are managed efficiently and appropriately.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of the Executive Office.
What we're looking for:
- You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- You're confident working with senior leaders, know how to manage competing priorities and aren't afraid to use your initiative.
- Experience supporting senior Executives, ideally across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional diary and inbox management skills.
- The confidence to build relationships, influence stakeholders and act as an effective gatekeeper.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality documents, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
- A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- A healthcare background would be advantageous, but we are very happy to explore other industry backgrounds.
