As a Staff Nurse, you will work with senior and junior staff, coordinating and delivering quality standards of nursing care following a patient-centred model of practice in keeping with the Clinic’s Philosophy, Department Policies/Protocols, and NMC guidelines.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, 18-month Fixed-term Contract, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Saturday.
  • Shifts: Early & late shifts covering outpatient services from 8am to 8pm. Early shifts may start at 7:30am, late shifts until 8:30pm.
  • Salary: £36,103 - £46,238 (Inclusive), dependent on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordinated, high-quality outpatient care to cancer and aesthetic patients, in consultation with the outpatient manager.
  • Participate in practice development forums within and outside the Clinic.
  • Adhere to NMC Code and work clinically.
  • Mentor and facilitate junior staff to enhance competence and clinical performance.
  • Ensure a high level of patient experience, safety, and optimal outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
  • Post-registration experience in Plastics, Aesthetics, or Reconstruction.
  • Experience in facilitating education for pre and post-registration students.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize and coordinate workload.
  • Friendly, adaptable, team-oriented, with awareness of clinical audit and governance.
