We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Therapies team at The London Clinic. This is a fantastic role for an experienced Band 6-equivalent Physiotherapist looking to further develop in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, working across outpatients, aquatic therapy, and orthopaedic inpatient services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
  • Manage a busy outpatient caseload, alongside supporting inpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation and aquatic therapy services.
  • Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Use advanced clinical reasoning and hands-on therapy skills to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment plans as required.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with consultants and colleagues to ensure joined-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
  • Support the development of junior staff and students through teaching and supervision.
  • Contribute to service development, audit and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the orthopaedic inpatient rota and aquatic therapy service, with some weekend working as required.

Essential Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Proven experience working at Band 6 level within MSK outpatient physiotherapy.
  • Strong experience managing a diverse MSK caseload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.
  • Evidence of continued professional development (CPD).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience within aquatic (hydrotherapy) services.
  • Experience in an orthopaedic inpatient setting.
  • Postgraduate training in aquatic therapy.
  • Previous NHS or private healthcare experience.
