An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rotational Pharmacy Technical Officer to join our Pharmacy Team at the London Clinic. This opportunity is based at our Main Hospital, 20 Devonshire Place, London, where the successful candidate will join our expanding multidisciplinary Pharmacy team.
Job Description
The Rotational Assistant Technical Officer will carry out duties across pharmacy departments, including dispensary, distribution, and procurement, to provide efficient pharmacy services.
The role includes reception duties (10am to 5.30pm), dispensing medicines, receiving and unpacking medicines, stock distribution, ordering, stock management, invoicing, assembling IV fluids, and returning medicines.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: The London Clinic Main Hospital, 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW.
Salary: Band 3 equivalent, based on skills and experience.

- Handling pharmacy queries via telephone.
- Processing credits and maintaining stock control, including expiry checks.

- Providing ward stock services and assembling ward stock.
- Issuing stock and managing inventory, including returns and stock rotation.
- Collaborating with pharmacy staff to ensure service quality.
