We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This role is based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus a fantastic array of benefits.
Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complex medical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.
As Finance Business Partner you will work in partnership with the Nursing Director and departmental senior managers, supporting them to manage their financial performance and investment decision making by providing incisive, value-add financial support.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) – this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties:
- Develop strong, credible and professional relationships with Nursing Senior Managers, fostering an environment where people take ownership for their financial performance.
- Provide clear and expert advice on a range of financial issues including, financial planning, interpretation of data and financial processes.
- Partner and engage with Nursing Senior Managers in the development of operational plans within their departments, challenging the status quo and devising financial solutions that meet present and future challenges.
- Responsible for ensuring the existence of a strong control environment within the Nursing departments and adherence to The Clinic’s financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure best practice is delivered and shared with the entire Finance function.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant or QBE.
- Previous success in a commercial finance / business partnering role (essential).
- Experience of capital projects reporting, major investment programmes or IT/Property business partnering (desirable).
- Healthcare industry experience (essential).
- Excellent Excel, Power Point and general IT skills.
- Able to present financial information to a diverse, non-financial audience (essential).
