We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistants to join our team at The London Clinic, providing flexible support across days, nights and weekends. Main duties of the job:

  • To work under direct or indirect supervision of the nursing staff, providing assistance with patients' overall care and safety.

Job responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality patient care across a range of clinical areas.

  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (hospital experience preferred).
  • A caring, professional approach and strong communication skills.
  • Reliability and flexibility to cover a variety of shifts.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

  • To have completed secondary education.
  • NVQ in Care Level 2 or equivalent experience.
  • Working towards or have achieved NVQ level 3 in Health Care.
  • Able to deliver basic care skills with distance supervision.

Experience:

  • Previous experience within a healthcare environment and dealing with the general public.
  • Previous experience working in an acute area within a hospital.
